YBB□□□□IDS5/S3 series is suitable for product take-out and runner removal for horizontal injection molding machines from 100T to 600T.
Available with 3-axis and 5-axis AC servo drives. Vertical arm configurations are available in single-stage and telescopic stages.
The YBB series robots offer high accuracy and speed of removal and embedding/insertion with fast response time and high positioning accuracy for single and multi-cavity fast removal and embedding/insertion applications.
The YBB series is also a top-entry IML robot capable of inserting labels into molds and accurately removing finished products. It differs from side-entry IML robots in that the robot arm enters the mold from the top, which eliminates the need to leave a lot of space around the machine.
