YBD series combined dehumidification dryer, drying, dehumidification, feeding three functions in one

1. Widely applied to various plastic materials, especially engineering plastics with strong moisture absorption, such as PA, PC, PBT, PET, etc;
2. Three feeding functions can be selected for insulated drying drums, with down-blowing air duct design and cyclone exhaust device to prevent heat loss and improve drying efficiency;
3. All models are equipped with a closed circuit feeding system to prevent the dried material from getting wet again due to the release of external air;
4. the feeding system is equipped with a cut-off liquid to ensure that there is no residual material in the material tube.
5. Equipped with LCD touch panel operating system, which can control the automatic operation of the whole machine, and multiple languages are available.

Features

1. 3-in-1 compact dehumidifier dryer equipped with honeycomb rotor for stable low dew point dry air.
2. Functions of dehumidification, drying and two-stage conveying are integrated into one unit. Three-stage conveying function is optional.
3.  Double insulated hopper dryer with down-blowing duct design to avoid heat dispersion and improve drying efficiency.
4.  Feeding system is equipped with shut-off valve to ensure no residual material in the hopper pipe. Various safety protection devices.
5. Optical grade model adopts mirror polishing treatment on the material contact surface to avoid the contamination of material.
6. Feeding system is matched with closed loop to avoid the possibility of moisture reflux due to the absorption of outside air during the material conveying process.
